Hema Automotive Systems A.S has lately invested into a foundry with 20,000 sqm covered area on a 70,000 sqm open land. The production started in 2009 with a capacity of 60,000 ton/year and it will reach a maximum of 120.000 ton/year when the investment will be completed.

Grey Iron foundry has been producing grey and nodular iron castings such as transmission housings, clutch housings, engine blocks, cylinder heads, axles. Hema Metal Iron foundry has two moulding lines which branded as Heinrich Wagner Sinto(HWS. Dimensions of the moulding lines are: Line1: 1130x800x(350/350)mm and Line2: 750x650x(250/250)mm. Melting Shop: Inductothem 7000 Kw Dual Track 12 ton/hr melting capacity and Auto pour system.

Aluminium high pressure die casting plant begins it's production in August 2010. Production equipment are: a 1200 ton HPDC and two 900 ton HPDC with a total capacity of 1,500 tons per year. Melting Equipment: 1 ton/hr melting capacity stack furnace and Automatic Pouring System & Robotic Handling.
