In Hema Automotive, in every step of our production, we remember the importance of manufacturing safety systems and components and life dependency on our products. We implement all legal requirements, as well as customer specifications fully, in parallel to the fast development experienced in today’s automotive industry.
The factory operates under 9000 sqm of covered area on a 15,000 sqm open land and currently employs 36 white collars and 170 blue collars, a total of 206 employees. There are machining lines, a dust-proof assembly line and s surface coating line where we do zinc coating and electro-coating.
All manufacturing processes including production planning and accounting are controlled by SAP V 0.6 system with all its modules.
Our employees are educated by expert people from time to time, to maintain a high level of quality with “safety first” rule in mind. As such, any possibility of making mistakes is minimized and solutions quickly found to fix the problems. All production equipment maintained regularly by expert people with periodic maintenance checks.
While starting a new project, prototypes, pre-series and series manufacturing plans are being implemented. These plans cover all necessary controls from material procurement to final delivery including all the necessary performance tests. Number of personnel, number of machinery and all other equipment are constantly monitored to reach maximum possible productivity.
